Over the weekend, I saw the latest installment of Marvel’s Captain America series. I have a good friend who feels that comic-book movies are part of what’s wrong with movie-making today, but man, I just can’t get enough. I’m not a fan of comic books, but I really do love the Marvel movies.
Anyway, as I watched our heroes fight it out, it made me think about which super power I’d like to have. (Answer: ALL OF THEM.)
And that inspired this week’s writing prompt: If you could have a writing super power, what would it be?
Super-fast? Error-free? Emotional prose?
No, you can’t have all of them. Me? I’d want instant headline writing as my super power. Or maybe the ability to write to word count on the first draft.
