If you’ve been following our Wednesday Writing Prompt series, you know we’re trying to do a mix of marketing-related and personal prompts. Well, here’s one you can take either way. But either way, make it fun — and ideally, funny.
This week’s writing prompt: Write three rules.
You could make them for your office or home or kids or life in general. I, for one, would like to establish this rule: If you have children under 4, the dental hygienist has to cut you some slack on your flossing habits.
You could also write content marketing rules for your team. Here’s one I’d like to tell all of my clients to implement: If you create the content, you must use it! And re-purpose it. And promote it.
These may flow from your brain quite simply. But, as always, this is an exercise that’s meant to inspire some thought and mostly get the creative juices flowing. So, set the timer for 10 minutes, and go write. Be sure to have fun, and please share your favorite rules with us on Facebook.
